New Portal Look For dbaDIRECT Customers

Pinched IT pros using dbaDIRECT to administer their database environments remotely can now get a new look at their situation. dbaDIRECT introduced this week version 2.0 of its clientDIRECT Portal, the interface business and IT managers use to monitor their databases.

clientDIRECT Portal 2.0 sports a new home page that displays an overview of the database environment, a variety of new reporting features, and the ability to submit technical assistance requests to dbaDIRECT from the Web.

dbaDIRECT manages Oracle, Sybase, Informix, Microsoft SQL Server, and UDB DB2 platforms.
