U.S. District Judge Thomas Penfield Jackson will issue his findings in the Department of Justice vs. Microsoft antitrust case on Friday at 6:30 p.m. EDT, court officials said Tuesday. But there may be a loophole. He did not say exactly which Friday. A court statement said both parties will have two hours notice.
