CDNow, Columbia House Will Merge

Online music vendor CDNow announced Tuesday that it will merge with mail-order music club Columbia House. Sony and Time Warner, co-owners of Columbia House, will each own 37 percent on the new company. CDNow stockholders will hold the other 26 percent.
