Retek Inc. on Wednesday shipped an application package that the company says will reduce costs by streamlining retail store operations.
The Retek Integrated Store Operations is a group of four Java-based applications that share common business logic, configuration utilities, and technology infrastructure.
The software supports a variety of business operations, including point-of-sale data gathering and labor, cash, inventory, and order management.
The applications are available individually. Retek, Minneapolis, did not release pricing.
