To enter, fill out the Survey Questionnaire. Alternatively, send the completed survey, your name, company, address (specify home or business), telephone number (specify home or business) and e-mail address to "TechWeb Security Survey_006.09", TechWeb, 550 Cochituate Road, First Floor, Framingham, MA 01701, Attention: Amy Doherty. Contest begins June 29, 2009. All entries must be received on or before midnight E.D.T. July 27, 2009.

One (1) prize winner will be determined at a random drawing of all completed entries at TechWeb's offices on or about August 17, 2009. Winner will be notified by mail, email and/or telephone on or about August 17, 2009. Judges' decision is final. This contest is sponsored by TechWeb, 600 Harrison St. 6th Floor, San Francisco CA 94107.

One Prize: 16gb Apple iPod nano (valued at $199)

All prizes will be awarded and shipped to winners. In the event of unavailability of any of the stated prizes, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Taxes are the sole responsibility of winners. Winners will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release and grant permission to use their name and likeness for advertising and promotion (without further compensation to the winners) within 21 days of notification or an alternate winner will be selected. Prizes are not transferable. (Tennessee residents need not complete and return a publicity release.) Contest void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Contest open to legal residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia (but not Puerto Rico) and Canada (except Quebec) who are 21 years or older and have access to the Internet on or before begins July 27, 2009. Employees of United Business Media/TechWeb, and/or its affiliates, advertising, promotion and production agencies and members of their immediate families (including spouse, parents, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, step-children, step-parents and in-laws) or those with whom they are domiciled are not eligible. Selected Canadian entrants must first correctly answer a mathematical skill testing question administered by mail in order to claim a prize.

One entry per person, e-mail address or household is permitted. Odds of winning are determined by the total number of eligible entries received. The use of any automated devices in connection with this promotion is prohibited. Entries made on the Internet will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. In the event of a dispute, potential winner may be required to provide proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the potentially winning entry.

By entering, players release United Business Media/TechWeb and its agents from all liability with respect to the use of the prizes awarded herein, agree to be bound by these rules, and consent to the use of their names and likeness for advertising and/or promotional and/or marketing purposes without additional compensation.
