IRVINE, Calif., Aug. 30, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Toshiba's Digital Products Division (DPD), a division of Toshiba America Information Systems, Inc., today announced its Windows 8-optimized Ultrabook™ systems and new Satellite® S955 laptops. The Satellite U845W and new Satellite U945 Ultrabook systems pair Intel's latest mobile technologies with Toshiba's unique hardware designs to offer everyday entertainment and productivity in highly portable form factors. The new Satellite S955 laptop is about 35 percent thinner than the previous generation, while continuing to deliver smart performance and sensational styling.
