WASHINGTON and WILLIAMSBURG, Va., Nov. 4, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- SDV Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of information technology (IT) services to the federal government, has been awarded a $140 million, seven-year contract to provide comprehensive, agency wide IT support to the Social Security Administration (SSA). The SDV office in Woodlawn, MD, close to SSA headquarters, will serve as the control point for the equipment deliveries and maintenance required to keep the agency's 1,800+ offices up and running. SDV will also hire hundreds of new employees across the country to provide IT support for SSA regional offices, field offices and processing centers.
