REDWOOD SHORES, Calif., Aug. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Good Technology and its board of directors today announced that current director King R. Lee III has been named president and chief executive officer replacing Brian Bogosian effective immediately.
Lee, 69, has spent the past 40 years building large public and private companies while serving on a number of boards. Lee is a 30-year technology and software veteran with CEO experience who joined Good Technology's board in December 2003. Lee will report to the Good Technology board of directors.

He returned again to the company to lead its successful sale to Symantec. During the same period he also co-founded and served as the CEO of Wynd Communications, a pioneer in wireless email tailored for people who are deaf or hard of hearing.
