TOLEDO, Ohio, July 27 /PRNewswire/ -- LabTech Software today announced it will host the first Automation Nation conference November 4 at the Hilton Bonnet Creek hotel in Orlando, Fla.
This partner event offers a blend of thought leadership and product training in LabTech's powerful Remote Monitoring, Management (RMM) and Automation solution. Automation Nation will feature a keynote address from LabTech CEO Matt Nachtrab. A town-hall style session with the LabTech leadership team will allow LabTech's community of managed service providers (MSPs) and other IT service companies to gain insight and discover best practices in the fast-evolving MSP business world. Sessions also include discussions about the LabTech development roadmap and third-party integrations.
Additional LabTech training will be available in a half-day "boot camp" beginning at 1:00 p.m. November 3.
"What began as one strong, simple idea–tech software built by techs– is now a whole community, with hundreds of dedicated users sharing ideas," said Nachtrab. "This first-ever conference will be the ideal opportunity for LabTech devotees to network with their peers and learn from each other, while we in turn learn from them."
"Mastering LabTech software helped us lay the foundation for moving in the direction of managed services," said David Cully, who has provided IT services to small businesses since 1995 and is currently owner of Experts Northwest in Seattle, Wash. "I recommend attending this conference to anyone making a concerted effort to expand their capabilities."
Following Automation Nation, The ConnectWise IT Nation 2010 will draw more than 1,000 ConnectWise partners and members of the channel community November 4-6 at the same site, which offers easy access to world-class golf and Disney attractions.
