As president of Panda Security USA, Guibal is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Company's fully owned subsidiary which sells and supports both corporate and consumer security products to the US market. Both executives have extensive executive-level sales and marketing experience in the IT industry and will continue to accelerate Panda's adoption in the US market, primarily through aggressive channel reseller recruitment and strategic distribution partnerships.

Prior to joining Panda, Guibal served as vice president of Sales at RightNow Technologies for seven years, leading the company through a successful IPO and growing revenues tenfold from $10 million to over $100 million during his tenure. Previously, he was vice president of Sales and Marketing at McAfee and was instrumental in the growth of the company's McAfee Anti-Virus solution where he helped grow the business over 400 percent throughout North America.

As vice president of Sales, Fraser is responsible for managing all sales and channel aspects of Panda Security USA. Fraser comes to Panda from Savent Protection, a preemptive intrusion software provider, where he served as vice president of Sales. Prior to that, he spent four years as vice president of North American Sales for Kaspersky Labs, where he established a channel sales team that saw key value added resellers (VARs) generate millions of dollars in revenue. In addition, he was instrumental in concluding retail agreements with some of the country's largest retailers including CompUSA, Office Depot, Circuit City, Fry's and Staples.
