NEW YORK, Jan. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- MOGO Media, the premier conference and training provider for creative professionals working with Adobe(R) software, today announced its initial conference schedule for 2008, which kicks off in February. For the first time, the InDesign Conference, the Pixel Conference, the Vector Conference, and the Conference for Adobe Acrobat will be co-located with the Graphics of the Americas (GOA) 2008 conference and exhibition in Miami Beach from February 26- March 1.
"Hosting four conferences in one location provides a unique opportunity to the creative community to learn how to maximize their workflow with Adobe products. Whether they are new users, or veterans looking for tips and tricks, attendees will leave with a set of skills that they will be able to immediately implement to improve their creative work," said Barry Anderson, co-founder of MOGO Media.
By combining these conferences in the same location, attendees can access more than 99 sessions over five days, including nine half- or full-day tutorials. Industry experts from the worlds of publishing, video, and the web will be leading presentations covering key issues for creative professionals. Topics include workflow and integration, Flash(R), XML, HTML, scripts, color management, type and typography, and tables. Tutorials geared towards new users of Adobe InDesign(R), Adobe Photoshop(R), Adobe Illustrator(R), Adobe Flash(R), and Adobe Acrobat(R) offer guidance on building forms in Acrobat, developing cross-media workflows, and building interactive PDF files. They will also provide tips and tricks for Illustrator.
"We are excited that MOGO Media is providing this opportunity for more people to delve into the rich features of Acrobat and learn how it can enhance their creative workflow," said Lori DeFurio, senior marketing manager, Business Productivity Business Unit, Adobe. "With top instructors and a comprehensive schedule, this conference will enrich every experience with Acrobat."
