This latest version enables retailers to rapidly deploy event-based campaigns that measurably increase sales and customer loyalty. Infor CRM Epiphany Outbound Marketing 7.1 has several new features that increase the effectiveness of outbound marketing campaigns, including the ability to schedule progressive campaigns.
