Computer users should soon be able to spy what's going on behind them--just like parents who claim to have eyes in the backs of their heads.
The Ultraview Mirror consists of two mirrors that can be mounted on or next to a PC. Positioned at 60-degree angles, the mirrors show an actual, not a reversed, image--handy for monitoring video or other computer displays. A lecturer can set up the mirror on a lectern and narrate a slide show on a rear screen without turning away from the audience.
Stephen Frank, the product's inventor and a sign-language interpreter, is shopping Ultraview to transportation and security offices that use multiple video monitors to keep an eye on vehicles and sites.
