Customer App Takes Off At Speedway Tracks

CRM is positioning auto-racing fans to win more control over their experience at International Speedway racetracks.

International Speedway is installing Vertical Alliance's FanTracker, a Web-based customer-relationship management ticketing system, at all 12 of its tracks. The software will help Speedway improve service, CIO Craig Neeb says. "We're able to listen to our customers and translate that into some form of personalization," he says.
