Waterhole Software provides mission critical services to the American Bar Association and the National Institute of Justice to launch the Collateral Consequences of Conviction Public Access Site Sep 25, 2012 (06:09 PM EDT) COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., Sept. 25, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Waterhole Software, Inc., a leading justice technology provider, announced the availability of the Collateral Consequences of Conviction Program web site developed for the American Bar Association and National Institute of Justice. In 2007, Congress directed the National Institute of Justice to collect and study collateral consequences in all jurisdictions, and National Institute of Justice selected the American Bar Association Criminal Justice Section to perform research and analysis. Waterhole Software is providing technical expertise to the Collateral Consequences team to support the distributed data entry process and also developed the public access web site www.abacollateralconsequences.org. On September 19th, Senator Patrick Leahy (D-VT), a key supporter of the project, formally launched the site during a news conference in the Senate Judiciary Committee Hearing Room.
