New York Ad Agency Puts David Song At Helm Of Digital Operation
NEW YORK, July 17, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Continuing to expand into the digital marketing realm, New York advertising agency DeVito/Verdi is bringing in the capabilities of SongPlus, a full-service digital agency, and its founder, interactive media pioneer David Song, to lead the agency's efforts to meld its traditional and digital capabilities for clients.
Song started his agency five years ago and built it substantially with clients such as Sony Corporate America, Sony Entertainment Network, Sony Pictures Television, Orbitz Travel, Australia Tourism, New Zealand Tourism, Curacao Tourism, Accor Hotels, Cobroxin and others.
Prior to SongPlus, Song held top interactive positions at such agencies as Arnold Worldwide, JWT, MMB and Hill Holiday. He will be responsible for evolving the agency's media, digital and social interactive disciplines in order to drive measurable results for client businesses.

Song began his advertising career at Horizon Media in Los Angeles, working on Boston Chicken, NBC Networks, Suzuki and the History Channel, among others. He later moved to Hook Media, Inc., where he helped the start-up interactive media agency grow from four employees to more than 100. He has held the titles of vice president/interactive media at Arnold Worldwide; senior partner, director of channel planning at JWT; managing director at MMB; and chief media officer at Hill Holiday NY.
