 iPass® is now fully web enabled, allowing users access through a standalone or iTrak integrated modular web portal. The simplified people selection or search helps to quickly find and create new visitors and/or hosts, while protecting their sensitive personal information. The enhanced visitor pre-registration interface of the web portal allows non-iTrak users to pre-register visits using a step by step wizard. The new interface will help in optimizing user experience and improving productivity.

 The simplified and optimized image capturing in the iKiosk® system enables users to process more entries in less time, while ensuring all information is captured and stored. The ability to define and configure data storage within the system helps administrators to plan for storage capacity, while ensuring personal privacy protection and compliance.

 Other key enhancements in iTrak® version 5.5 include:

  • Advanced search and column grouping functionality available throughout the web portal for all supported modules in the web client
  • New Subject merge tool – eliminating duplicate Subject records
  • New capability to mass dispose Found Items within a defined period and the ability to create matching records in the Lost or Found Module
  • Usability and performance enhancements
