LOS ANGELES, March 23, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- WikiLoan, Inc. ("WikiLoan", or "the Company") is pleased to announce that it has changed its name to The Wiki Group, Inc. The corporate action will take effect at the open of business on March 26, 2012, and the company will trade under the new symbol "TWGI."
The name change reflects the new direction of the company's expansion to multiple product lines across international markets. The company has recently signed significant deals in the United States and Mexico, and seeks to expand to the Middle East.
