The Technical Sales Support Specialist is responsible for the overall planning, direction, maintenance and implementation of all information systems and applications to support the organizations goals. This includes directing all IT operations to meet internal and external customer needs.
The Sales Development Representative is a highly motivated, self-starter, driven to succeed and has a proven track record of achieving measurable inside sales goals, in an automated sales environment, where accurate entry and management of lead data in a CRM system is required. This individual has a credible lead follow-up and sales development method, which has been successfully executed with C-level executives, within medium and large businesses and is familiar with innovative marketing automation.
Software Engineer applicants must demonstrate their ability and knowledge of full product life-cycle development and have at least five years of experience. The applicant must be able to work in a team environment and interact closely with QA to ensure the accuracy of code and the quality of the products released.
The ideal Technical Support Engineer possesses an excellent customer service attitude, creativeness in troubleshooting and overall problem solving. The position's duties include: installing, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading our specialized business process software for our clients.
