WebMD Announces $75 Million Stock Repurchase Program

NEW YORK, Aug. 15, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- WebMD Health Corp. (Nasdaq: WBMD) today announced the authorization of a $75 million stock repurchase program. Under the program, WebMD may use a total of up to $75 million to purchase shares of its common stock from time to time in the open market, through block trades or in private transactions, depending on market conditions and other factors.
