CTIA Announces Finalists in The Big Idea Contest

WASHINGTON, Feb. 16, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- International CTIA WIRELESS® today announced the five finalists of The BIG Idea Contest, an inaugural competition that recognizes new and innovative concepts for wireless products, applications and services. After viewing and ranking more than 45 submissions, more than 5,000 mobile industry professionals voted online to choose the five BIG Idea finalists:


International CTIA WIRELESS takes place March 22-24, 2011 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando. Pre-conference seminars will begin on March 21.

The five BIG Idea finalists will briefly present during International CTIA WIRELESS on Tuesday, March 22 at 11:30 a.m. on the Exhibit Innovations Stage. The top three submissions with the highest number of votes will be announced and declared the winners of The CTIA WIRELESS BIG Idea Contest. The winners will make full-length presentations to show attendees on March 22 and March 23.
