VANCOUVER, Jan. 19 /PRNewswire/ - Destiny Software Productions, Inc., the operating subsidiary of Destiny Media Technologies,  Inc. (TSX:DSY)(OTCBB:DSNY), has sued Envirosight, LLC in the United States District Court in New Jersey for infringing its registered trademark "CLIPSTREAM."  Destiny believes  its exclusive right  to  use  the  CLIPSTREAM  trademark for video transmission  and display tools has been infringed  by Envirosight's use of the identical mark on its video transmission and display tools.
