Sustained the prestigious Service Capability and Performance Certification for sixth year
SAN DIEGO, Dec. 13, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Teradata Corporation (NYSE: TDC) today announced that its Customer Service Global Support Center has achieved certification for the sixth year against the rigorous requirements of the internationally recognized Service Capability and Performance (SCP) Standards. Teradata achieved certification after an extensive audit of service business operations.

Certification requires comprehensive annual audits to confirm that companies can consistently meet program requirements.
