Intelity Growth Spurs New Hires and Larger Offices

ORLANDO, Fla., Aug. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- As a result of the tremendous sales success of Intelity's ICE (Interactive Customer Experience) software products, Intelity Solutions, LLC is increasing its staff and doubling its office space. Intelity software serves hotels and their guests with interactive guest service platforms and management tools.
"We've hired three additional sales people and a technology operations manager," said David Adelson, CEO and founder of Intelity. "Offers have been extended for technical positions and we've placed ads to fill positions in other areas as well."
Erynn Dalton-Torrenga joins Intelity in the role of vice president of field sales. Prior to joining Intelity, Erynn successfully served for thirteen years as vice president of sales and business development at Metropolis, the country's leading provider of call accounting and telemanagement technology. She grew up in Phoenix, Arizona and earned B.S. and M.S. degrees in psychology from Northern Arizona University.
Sarah Strehle joins Intelity in the role of hospitality sales manager. Her sales territory includes the southeast (excluding south Florida), the upper Midwest and central Canada. A former account manager for revenue performance providing Internet services to hotels, Sarah is a Florida native who earned a B.A. degree from the University of Central Florida.
Brad Lattin is Intelity's new inside sales manager with a focus on the mobile market. He has a BS in Hospitality Management from the Rosen School at the University of Central Florida.
"We have expanded our sales team dramatically to reach out effectively to hotel owners, managers and technology directors," said Jake Buckstead, Intelity's vice president of hospitality sales. "ICE is hot and we're eager to spread the word."
Intelity's technology department is growing, too, with the addition of Jaycel West as technology operations manager who will lead Intelity's client services and support team. Prior to joining Intelity, Jaycel worked at Coca-Cola Enterprises, Microsoft and Adobe.
And the company is seeking a graphic and Web designer as well.
A doubling of Intelity's office space is underway. Completion of the build out is expected by the end of August. It will go beyond additional offices and an expanded conference room. Intelity will have a product demonstration area featuring all of Intelity's software products in action including: ICE Touch, ICE TV, ICE Connect, ICE Lobby and ICE Mobile.
