Radio One, Inc. Changes Date of 2009 Year End Results Conference Call

WASHINGTON, March 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Radio One, Inc. (Nasdaq: ROIAK; ROIA) announced today that it will hold its annual conference call for investors, analysts and other interested parties to discuss its results for the fiscal year 2009 on March 31, 2010 instead of the previously announced date of March 18, 2010.

The conference call is now scheduled for Wednesday, March 31, 2010 10:00 a.m. EDT. To participate on this call, U.S. callers may dial toll-free 1-800-230-1096; international callers may dial direct (+1) 612-332-0107.

A replay of the conference call will be available from 12:30 p.m. EDT March 31, 2010 until 11:59 p.m. April 2, 2010.
