AVI-SPL to Exhibit at Polycom User Group Annual Conference

TAMPA, Fla., Oct. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- AVI-SPL, the largest global integrator of audiovisual systems and services, today announced it will participate in and sponsor the Polycom User Group (PUG) 2009 Annual Conference, which will be held in Anaheim, Calif., October 11-14.

Exhibiting in Booth 1, Platinum conference sponsor AVI-SPL will showcase its newly-launched program, Customer Care +, a maintenance and support plan designed to support all of the major manufacturers of video communications equipment under one comprehensive plan. This seminar will detail the changes and requirements in managed services for successful applications of video in a collaborative environment. This presentation will be Monday, October 12 at 9:30 a.m. in North Exhibit Hall D-E.

AVI-SPL will also present a Showcase Theater session entitled "The Advance of Managed Conferencing Services" on Monday, October 12 at 2:30pm. This session will discuss the benefits of AVI-SPL's exclusive video and telepresence solution for managed conferencing services, ConferencePoint(TM). The presentation will also include an overview of current premier projects.
