Razorsight Acquires SingleTusk Solutions

FAIRFAX, Va., July 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Razorsight Corporation, the market-leading provider of on-demand financial business intelligence and analytics solutions for Communications Service Providers (CSPs) today announced the acquisition of SingleTusk Solutions, a leader in Transaction, Usage and Profitability Analytics software. The software and solutions gained in the acquisition extend Razorsight's breadth of analytics solutions beyond its leadership position in Finance organizations to include solutions for Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Procurement. Financial terms of the acquisition, which is effective immediately, were not disclosed.
