Activa Live Chat Introduces Intelligence Rules and Expanded Features

Intelligence Rules enable Activa Live Chat customers to setup simple or complex parameters that automatically determine when, to which visitors and on which pages to offer live assistance.
When used as an option with automated chat invitations, customers can specify criteria that must be met before the invitation to chat is offered. Examples include the visitor's path or funnel through the Website, their location, number of return visits, custom variables such as the amount of items in their shopping cart, or more advanced regular expressions. Customers can also take advantage of Intelligence Rules when setting up live chat buttons or links.
