The new web site, , welcomes submissions of photos of broken packages, stories of odd experiences, and user comments. Like YouTube or , the site is community administered.

Because the volume of packages has expanded at myPhotopipe.com, the number of damaged packages has increased, as well. "The Company considered a call for regulatory reform, but instead felt that a light touch might be more effective," continued Keeney. "We don't want to look like that crazy man on a street corner standing on a stump and waving his fist, so we launched this site and we'll let the community speak for itself."
This web site accepts advertising and features images and videos. "We like to see things pay for themselves and if this gains some revenue traction, all the better," said Keeney.
