eWorld Companies, Inc. Announces Joint Venture With CostaFilma to Provide Exclusive Video Content and Movies for Boomerang Media Station(R) and PlayTV(R)

LOS ANGELES, Jan. 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- eWorld Companies, Inc. announced today that it has formed a joint venture with CostaFilma SL of Andalusia, Spain and that CostaFilma has agreed become a primary provider of video content and movies to be broadcast over eWorld's Boomerang Media Station and PlayTV online broadcast network. CostaFilma will be eWorld's exclusive provider of Spanish-speaking movies and video content and an important provider of English-speaking films and video content as well. eWorld and CostaFilma have also formed a strategic alliance in which the two companies have agreed to a series of cross-promotions via print and Internet media in which eWorlde will create advertising and promote CostaFilma through its Boomerang Media Station, and CostaFilma will actively promote eWorld's Boomerang Media Station and PlayTV network through its online and print publications and company functions.

Based in Andalusia, Spain, CostaFilma is a full-service organization aimed at the independent film and video market. CostaFilma takes a global outlook and has established film industry contacts throughout all of Europe, most notably in the U.K., Spain and Eastern Europe. This announcement carries special significance since Spain is one of eWorld's key international markets, more than 98% of Spain has the ability to receive high speed (broadband) Internet content, and CostaFilma is ideally positioned to adapt a wide variety of film and video content for online broadcast via Boomerang Media Station and PlayTV.

CostaFilma's service areas span all key areas of independent film creation including Development, Pre-Production, Production, Post-Production and Distribution.
