Jan 09, 2008 (08:01 AM EST)

LOS ANGELES, Jan. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- eWorld Companies, Inc. announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary eWorld Entertainment, Inc. has formed a strategic marketing alliance and retail sales agreement with Trojan Man Entertainment (TME). Under the terms of the agreement, eWorld and TME will co-produce streaming video content of TME's activities and events, which will available for live and on-demand viewing via TME's own channel on eWorld's Boomerang Media Station(R) video player delivery system. TME and eWorld have also agreed to a revenue sharing arrangement encompassing advertising revenues and retail sales, and viewership fees where applicable. In addition, the two companies have also agreed to a series of cross-promotions in which eWorld will create advertising and promote TME through its Boomerang Media Station, and TME will actively promote eWorld's Boomerang Media Station and PlayTV network through its activities, promotional events and partnership agreements.

Trojan Man Entertainment is a student-run promotions and entertainment company founded in 2005 by University of Southern California (USC) student athletes DaSean Cunningham and Chris Mcfoy. TME sponsors both "18 and up" and "21 and up" events that provide exclusive entertainment and memorable experiences to a wide and diverse student population. TME has quickly grown into one of the largest promotions companies in Los Angeles and is currently expanding into other colleges such as the UC Santa Cruz, UC Berkley and the University of Illinois. TME has notable partnerships with the USC Alumni Association, MTV, Interscope Records, Def Jams, Finfo and Campus Gossip. TME's events have a unique "TME style" that is geared specifically to today's college age population, and the company's mission is to provide a blueprint to be used by aspiring college entrepreneurs across the country to build their own promotions and entertainment company at their University, giving all college students the opportunity to learn and play "TME style".

eWorld's President and CEO Henning Morales commented, "We are very pleased to announce our most recent strategic alliance with Trojan Man Entertainment. TME has done an outstanding job of creating and developing a unique marketing niche in the highly sought-after demographic of upscale college-age adults. We believe that our technologies will help TME expand their operations across the country much more quickly, and that TME in turn will provide eWorld with immediate access to a hard-to-reach and very desirable population group."

TME's CEO DaSean Cunningham added, "Our relationship with eWorld Companies is exactly what we need to bring high visibility of our events and concept to a nationwide audience. We already have a full slate of activities scheduled for the first half of 2008, beginning this month with our Santa Cruz launch event on January 11th and our USC Back 2 School Party on January 24th. We are excited that these and many other TME events will now be produced for international viewing through eWorld's Boomerang Media Station. We are also looking forward to participating in eWorld's official launch in Hollywood in February."
