RightNow Founder and CEO Greg Gianforte Inducted Into CRM Hall of Fame

BOZEMAN, Mont., Oct. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- RightNow(R) Technologies congratulates its CEO, Greg Gianforte, for being inducted into the CRM Magazine Hall of Fame. Named "The Lone Wolf," CRM Magazine noted that Gianforte has spent the last decade "in Bozeman, Mont., far from the glare of Silicon Valley and the rest of the CRM cohort." As part of this distinction, CRM Magazine also noted that Gianforte "always recognized that the people matter at least as much as processes."

A successful entrepreneur, Gianforte founded RightNow in 1997 off the beaten path in Bozeman, Mont. With a goal of creating a world-class enterprise software company in Montana, within three years time Gianforte had 500 customers, 100 employees and an on demand solution that could dramatically improve the quality and effectiveness of client's online customer service operations.
