Competitive Games International Hires New Vice President of Marketing and Sales

PANAMA CITY, Sept. 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Competitive Games International, , a new player in the growing Casual Games market, today announced the Company has hired Lawrence Barrett as the Company's Vice President of Marketing and Sales. Mr. Barrett will be responsible for implementing and executing on communications and marketing strategies to create further exposure and market acceptance of the Competitive Games family of products.
Mr. Barrett joins Competitive Games with an extensive forty year career in communications, marketing and sales. Most recently, Mr. Barrett worked as a management consultant to JFF Entertainment focusing on sales and marketing strategies. Prior to his consultancy there, Mr. Barrett worked as the Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Rose Marie Collection where he increased sales by 30% per month by re-engineering the Company's marketing, sales and training programs. Mr. Barrett has also served as the Vice President of Business Development for Goldlinx International, where he built the Company's sales force and designed the Company's computer sales systems and software to support the sales team's efforts. Mr. Barrett has also held similar roles at Total Link, ABC, Waves International and International World Network. Mr. Barrett also headed Healing Hand Network, a non-profit global therapeutic network working to combat morbid and mortal illnesses.
