Venetian Macau Opens with High Security Gaming Chips from Gaming Partners International

LAS VEGAS, Sept. 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Gaming Partners International Corporation ("GPI"), a leading provider of casino currency and table game equipment worldwide, announced that the Venetian Macau opened on August 28, 2007 with GPI's high security chips in use on all 870 tables in the casino. Following the standard set by most other Macau casinos, Venetian chose GPI as its preferred supplier to provide nearly 2 million chips from the Bourgogne et Grasset(R) (B&G) brand. These chips include exclusive security features such as individual high security holograms, ultra-violet pigments, Laser Lock(TM) infrared pigments and see-through inserts. These chips for the Venetian Macau, some of the highest security chips ever made, were manufactured at the Company's facility in Beaune, France.
