Lee Technologies Appoints Northrop Grumman's James R. O'Neill to Board of Directors

FAIRFAX, Va., Sept. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Lee Technologies, Inc. ( ), a leading provider of solutions which enable commercial enterprises and public sector agencies to avoid disaster and mitigate risk to their physical infrastructures, today announced James R. O'Neill has been appointed to its Board of Directors, effective immediately.

Mr. O'Neill currently serves as corporate vice president and president of Northrop Grumman Information Technology (IT), and has been recognized within the industry as a leading technology executive for more than 25 years.

Prior to joining Northrop Grumman in 2002, O'Neill served as senior vice president and general manager of Oracle Services Industries, leading the company's sales and consulting groups in the worldwide communications and utilities sectors. Mr. O'Neill also held senior positions at Lucent Technologies and Digital Equipment Corporation.

Mr. O'Neill serves as 2007 Chairman of the Professional Services Council and is a board member of the Northern Virginia Technology Council. He was also named 2006 Government Contractor Executive of the Year.
