Rainmaker Expands Relationship with Global Software Client for Hosted Channel Contract Sales Program

CAMPBELL, Calif., July 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Rainmaker Systems, Inc. , a leading provider of sales and marketing solutions combining hosted application software and execution services, today announced that a leading worldwide, software Client has selected Rainmaker to deploy a hosted Channel Contract Sales solution for software subscription renewals in North America.

Rainmaker has provided lead development solutions to this Client since June 2006, and has expanded its relationship to deploy its Channel Contract Sales solution which will include hosted technology, integrated direct and indirect sales and marketing services, and reporting and back office administration in support of the Client's recently enhanced subscription renewal program. The renewal program will be made available to eligible resellers and to end-users via hosted, Client-branded portals.
