Business Analytics Professional Joins SignalDemand as VP Product Management

SAN FRANCISCO, May 29, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- SignalDemand®, the leader in predictive analytics and optimization for commodity-based value chains, today announced that Ryan Leask has joined the company as Vice President of Product Management.
Mr. Leask comes to SignalDemand with more than twelve years of experience in enterprise analytics. He was most recently vice president of product management at SAP Labs, where he was building new applications that leveraged big data platforms, graph analytics, machine learning capabilities, and advanced data visualization. In his new position, Mr. Leask will be responsible for overseeing and influencing SignalDemand's next-generation of cutting edge predictive analytics and optimization solutions.

Leask has deep experience in all the major categories of business analytics, including business intelligence, data warehousing, enterprise performance management, enterprise information management, big data technologies, and predictive applications. While at SAP, he held several positions leading different product portfolios, and had been responsible for SAP's overall technology strategy in the area of Data and Analytics.
