Espial Hosts Future of Smart TV Seminar in Tokyo

OTTAWA, July 31, 2013 /CNW/ - Espial, a leader in on-demand TV software and solutions, today announced that the company is hosting an invitation-only technology seminar titled "The TV UX: Reimagined. Perspectives on the Future of Smart TV." The event, which takes place July 31st in Tokyo, explores how new and emerging standards and technologies based on HTML5 — such as HbbTV and Hybridcast® — provide a foundation to reimagine the Smart TV user experience.
During the seminar, Espial will host several presentations and a panel discussion led by distinguished industry technology experts. Attendees will receive a detailed overview of the most significant factors to consider when implementing a Smart TV user-experience strategy.
